The expired certificate also causes problems with the 'Accounts' page in Windows 11 settings when S-Mode is enabled. The date can be reset to the correct date after the app is launched. The update can be installed after checking for updates in the Windows Update section of Settings in Windows 11. The patch KB4006746 fixes the inoperability of the touch keyboard, voice input, emoji icon bar, and fixes issues with the Start and Tips features in Windows 11. Microsoft has already released a patch to fix the problem, but it is currently in test mode, which means it needs to be installed manually. This happened on October 31, resulting in the lack of functionality of apps such as Scissors, Touch Keyboard and Emoji panel. Microsoft has informed Windows 11 users that a number of features of the latest version of the operating system suddenly stopped working due to an expired certificate.
