You don't get double the amps, just like two NVIDIA graphics cards in SLI don't stack VRAM. You CAN however, directly manipulate HOW those batteries are drained.Ī parallel series circuit gives both parallel and series configuration benefits.
Of course you only get the amperage limit of one cell, as no wiring configuration can magically make the batteries have higher amp limits.
im very happy with it now that it works, but i cant imagine a noob surviving those first few minutes with the thing in the state it was in when i got it. the atty is on tight and everything is great. the button is not even a little bit crunchy or sticky feeling. ok, disassemble/reassemble again.eventually with about an hour of tinkering, i got it working as intended. unscrewed the atty a quarter turn and the button popped out. i tinkered with it until i got the button feeling super smooth and not sticking and i put an atty on, and the button stuck in again. turns out there can be too much tension between all the various screws holding it together that the firing pin and contact can get wedged together. it didnt pop back out until i started taking the whole top apart. thankfully, no atty or batteries yet, but i was kinda mad. when i opened mine i took the wrap off and hit the button a couple times and it stuck in all the way. just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking of buying it there. So i just received the v3 clone from 3fv.
