There are NO included building instructions. The ship, Mini-figures and all accessories pictured are included.This set was created using many new and used parts.The set will be shipped partially disassembled in a secure well wrapped box to prevent damage. The model measures 18' wide and 36' long (almost 11/2 feet wide and 3 feet long!)This is the largest Play we have built this year.
